Charges are daily, beginning the day your pet is checked in. Check out time is 12 noon. Any checkouts before noon will not be charged for the final day. Checkouts afternoon will be charged for half a day of daycare.

IMPORTANT: The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation phone call or e-mail. Please allow up to 1 business day for a response.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please call 5 days before a holiday stay, and 2 days before a non-holiday stay to avoid "no show" charges.
